Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery — United States
- Standard Shipping: $5.00 (5–10 business days)
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $50.00
Shipping Carriers We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and package size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Cilinea is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
